The cool thing about them is that now we can integrate them with our website and use them as a live chat to engage with our website visitor. But before integrating any bot into your marketing strategy, you need to install the Messenger Customer Chat plugin.

We have prepared a short video about how to add your this plugin to your website. We use a WordPress site for this, however, I must say it can be done on any website that has thetag open to adding more code. For example, if you have previously added the Google Tag Manager code in your website, you are good to go!
